🙋‍♂️ How To Use!

Launch Screen

This is the launching screen when you open the app.

Home Screen

This is the landing screen where it has the 30-day challenge items in the list.

For each day you decide to work out, please click the “DAY X” which will navigate to the Challenge Screen.

Also, as you can see in the top area, there are 3 different levels for the challenge: Beginner / Amateur / Pro Levels (30 / 60 / 90 Day Challenges)

You must complete the lower level to challenge for the high levels. Of course, in the higher level, the challenge will be more difficult to achieve and you gain more strength and outcome 💪

This is the challenge screen which is composed with the four Home Workout sessions.

Adjust Timer Screen

Each workout has a different Time Limits. However, you can change it by tapping on the Time area. Then, it will navigate to the Adjust Timer screen where you can drag the timer settings with one finger 👆

Tapped “01:30” on the Push Up

Once you are happy with the Time Limit, you can tap anywhere in the Workout session (except the Timer area) to start your first workout!!

This is the Workout Screen which animates the background to indicate the time is ticking.

If you are done the workout earlier than the timer, you can SKIP the rest of the time. And if you want to pause/stop/reset, you can do it through the control as well.

Done Screen

Once you SKIP the timer or time is UP, this is the Done Screen where it displays the workout summary with tracking how many reps you have done for this workout session:

Don’t worry if you didn’t meet the workout requirements (e.g. done 17 out of 30 reps). You can drag the control to store how many reps you have done, and you can “re-do” the workout to complete the rest of challenges. (e.g. 13 more in the next set)

Note:When you are done with ALL FOUR Challenges for the day, you should click the DONE button in the Challenge page.

Settings Screen

You can configure the Ready Timer (3 seconds as a default).

Change from 1:00 to 0:10

You can also create workout reminders which is highly recommended if you want to see the result.

Add 10:04PM Reminder

If anything is wrong with app, you can reset the data. This will permanently delete all of your workout data in the app.
